Return policy 

 

Thank you for shopping at 5:55 Jewelry! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

 

 

- Items must be returned within 14 days of the receipt date.

- Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

- A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

 

The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards

- Final sale or clearance items

 

Return Process:

1. Start a return or contact our customer service team at customercare@5-55la.com

to initiate a return request.

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

 

3. Once you have arranged your return, complete the following steps:

(a) Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or any other suitable box;

(b) Attach the return label to the outside of the box and seal the box securely.

Refunds:

 

1. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7-30

business days.

3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

 

Exchanges:

 

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

If the product has quality defects, we also provide a replacement at no shipping cost.

Late or Missing Refunds:

 

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@5-55la.com.

 

1-Year Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Every piece purchased from our store is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, such as loose settings, broken clasps, or faulty components. It does not cover damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

To request a repair or replacement under this warranty, please provide proof of purchase and contact customercare@5-55la.com. If the issue is covered, we’ll repair or replace your item free of charge.

Our warranty is based on the original purchase date. If a repair or replacement is provided under the warranty, the warranty period does not restart. Instead, the warranty for the repaired or replaced item will continue to be effective from the original purchase date.
