Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

We process all jewelry orders within 3-5 business days. Please note that if the product is temporarily out of stock, a production time of 10 to 21 days is required. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If there is a delay in processing your order due to high demand or special requests, we will notify you via email 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak periods. Shipping may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.

If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us via customercare@5-55la.com as soon as possible after placing it. Changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. In other cases, shipping costs may vary depending on the region.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than the estimated shipping times.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to package our jewelry securely for shipping, but we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. For lost packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
